Meet Cocoa!
Cocoa is a delightful mix of puppy-like joy and mature good manners. She greets her favorite people with bright enthusiasm and a happily wagging tail, always ready to make you feel welcomed and loved. Playful and social, she enjoys romping with other dogs, yet she’s just as capable of entertaining herself when her friends need a break. And when the adventures wind down, she’s perfectly content curling up beside you for some quiet companionship. Cocoa is still learning how to navigate certain situations, particularly when it comes to barking and leash-related reactivity. She can become vocal and persistent when strangers enter the home, and she tends to be cautious and defensive around unfamiliar people while out on walks. These behaviors suggest she’ll benefit from continued, consistent training to help her feel secure and understand what’s expected of her. With patient guidance, structure, and gentle redirection, we believe she can make meaningful progress and learn to settle more easily.
For the right family—one willing to support her training and help her build confidence—Cocoa has so much to offer. Her sweet spirit, playful energy, and curious nature are sure to bring warmth, laughter, and plenty of wagging tails into your home.
