FRANKIE is a wonderful Low Energy dog!  He enjoys short walks, car rides and is fine with other dogs he meets. FRANKIE loves to nap on the couch or in his bed. He is very loyal to his human and doesn't like to be alone for too long. 
His new owner will need patience while FRANKIE learns to adjust to his new home.
