Black Male 15 pounds 7 months old ❤️Vision Impaired❤️ LOUIE is a very sweet, loving, beautiful puppy! He was born blind but is a typical puppy in all other ways. He loves to be touched, held and snuggled. He is very playful and loves his stuffed animals and Kong toys. Like most puppies, he will chew on things he shouldn't and needs to be redirected to his chew toys. He has made lots of progress walking on a leash and does well as long as he is given direction to avoid obstacles. He gets scared of loud noises (trucks, leaf blowers) but recovers quickly as he becomes more confident. He loves car rides and goes right to sleep! LOUIE can easily be taught to use the stairs by his owner or another dog. He would greatly benefit from obedience training and since poodles are so smart would be a fine student! As our groomer says, that LOUIE is a showstopper!
