He's only mildly interested in toys but is a big fan of a good bully stick to chew. He would be an excellent work-from-home companion who gladly curls up on your feet or under your desk. Patrick is generally a quiet dog and rarely barks, but he has made it clear that he would prefer to be the only dog in the home. He has struggled with sharing attention with another dog in his foster home and would thrive as the center of someone's world. Patrick knows a few basic commands; he'll even sit up on his hind legs while eagerly waiting for dinner, and would benefit from continued training to help channel his enthusiasm.
